A couple or parent
with a young child who live in a condo or small home. Perhaps they need another bedroom or a safe backyard for their child. They need help to make the transition from selling their condo to buying a house with a yard. This is a great referral! I can help them trade in to a house with a yard.
A Senior or retiree
who no longer needs a big house and wants to sell it now. Maybe the senior wants to live with a daughter. A senior who may need help with tax issues, inheritance issues, moving, money issues, legal issues, and more. Perhaps they need help donating furniture, repairs, cleaning, or painting, roofing, termites. This is another great referral for me.
A close friend or family member
that needs to sell their parents home. Perhaps the elderly parent is in need of full or part time care and can no longer manage the home. There may be a lot of upkeep or yard work that they just can’t tackle. The kids don’t want to keep the parent’s home and they just want to sell it and divide the proceeds amongst themselves. This is a super referral for me.
A couple that is no longer together
and needs to sell their property. Maybe they are contemplating refinancing the property and buying the spouse out, or maybe they are thinking of just selling it. Either way I can help them out with some good advice.
A landlord that no longer wants to be bothered with tenants
and just wants out of the property. Maybe they own a small apartment complex. Perhaps they are sick of tenants. In any case, they just need to sell and cash out of the property. I work with a lot of income property owners so this is a great referral for me.
Someone relocating to another part of the
country. Maybe they are being transferred, moving to be closer to family, or just want a change in lifestyle. Maybe this person needs to sell their current home and buy something in another part of the country. Maybe they need a referral to another top Realtor in the area that they are moving to. They probably need to know what their property is worth and how long it will take to sell. If you know someone like this, this is a great referral!
