My
Marketing Plan –
This is the actual marketing plan I will use to market your property. It is a plan that combines three concepts:
“High
Tech” +
“High
Touch” +
“Traditional”
High Tech obviously means tools such like the web, email marketing, and Visual Tours.
High Touch means using emotion to create desire and interest in a potential buyer for your home. I do this by creating a very powerful and compelling description about your property. I try to create “warm and fuzzies” about your home. I may highlight the fact that they can walk their doggie to the park. Or they can stroll to main street for a Latte. Whatever they may be, I will find the strongest emotional links about your home to highlight.
Traditional refers to the time tested marketing components such as Multiple Listing Service, yard signs, newspaper advertising, color brochures, and other traditional marketing methods that are still in use today and are still effective.
Utilizing the three components of my marketing plan will get your property sold quickly for top dollar, with the minimum amount of hassle.

– A more detailed discussion of real estate and the web. Things constantly change and I aim to keep you up to date.
Visual
Tours –
