High tech marketing of course includes the web, social media, video, blogging, single property websites, and email marketing.
With my use of both traditional marketing and cutting edge social media techniques, your building will be massively exposed to both the old school traditional older apartment investor who barely uses email and the younger investor who wants to be able to view video, photos, and data about your building as well as instantly share that data with others.
