WHAT’S YOUR PROPERTY WORTH?

I created this section to quickly help property owners accurately determine what their house, condo, or apartment building is worth. 

In today’s volatile market where prices seem to increase monthly, it is important to have a skilled broker help them price the property.

There are two ways for me to help you to find out what your property is worth. Depending what your goals are will determine how I will help you

The first way is for homeowners who just want a casual ballpark number. Perhaps you are just a bit curious and you want to keep tabs on your property’s value. You probably aren’t interested in selling right now and don’t want to take too much time or hassle, you just want me to ballpark it. We don’t even need to talk on the phone.

It’s simple, just email me your name, phone, and address of the property along brief description of your home, condo, or apartment building. I’ll analyze the information, determine a ballpark value, and then email you supporting sales comparables. This should take no more than 1 or 2 business days.

The second way is for homeowners who want a more thorough and accurate analysis of their property. Perhaps you are seriously considering selling. Or perhaps you just need an appraisal for refinancing, divorce, or estate planning purposes. In any case I need to do a bit more work and need to know more about your property.

First we need to speak briefly on the phone. Email me or call me at (888) 276-0656. I’ll need to know the basics such as the address, number of bedrooms and baths, any special features such as a pool or a guesthouse, and any special remodeling, additions, or repairs you have done.

After our conversation, I’ll need to inspect your property. If it’s tenant occupied, I’ll need to make an appointment with the tenants. Once I’m at your property, I’ll ask you to show me around and I’ll take further notes. 

I’ll then return to the office and start preparing a
Comparable Market Analysis. This will contain recent sold properties that are similar to yours. Once I have these comps together I can accurately determine what your home or building should sell for. I will then mail or deliver the finished Comparable Market Analysis directly to you. This should take about 2-3 business days to complete.
